Opportunity:

Gwendalyn King, Ph.D. Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham was just awarded a NSF REU to re-start an undergraduate summer program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Department for Neurobiology.  Immediate funding is available. They are taking students interested in pursuing PhD’s after college.  Underrepresented groups from colleges/universities without major research infrastructure should apply.
